Teddy joined Klingit with no MBA, no LinkedIn, and no interest in either. Within weeks, morale was up, deadlines were met, and someone finally fixed the coffee machine. Coincidence? Teddy doesn't believe in coincidences.

    Arrives. Immediately restructures the seating chart by sitting wherever he wants.

    Cancels a recurring meeting nobody remembered scheduling. Declared a hero.

    Institutes the "walk it off" policy for creative blocks. Output doubles.

    CEO. Still answers to "Teddy". Still shows up before everyone. Still judges your kerning.
